Lindsey Estes

Lindsey graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Computer Information Systems) in 2002 and is currently working on a Master’s in Education from Harding University. Lindsey’s son was diagnosed with autism at the age of two. Seeing the therapy he had to endure and the way it helped him progress opened her eyes to the world of possibilities. She knew she was meant to teach kids like her son and to be their advocate. So, when her son started Kindergarten, she went back to college and started subbing at the Northwest Arkansas Educational Service Cooperative, where her son went to preschool. That path led her to join our team! Lindsey is known for her patience and organizational skills. She is passionate about progression. Anything she can do to keep a child progressing and taking on something new excites her. Even a simple smile when a child is sad makes her feel like she has helped in some small way. She says that it is sometimes the small things that proves to be the greatest lessons they can learn. In Lindsey’s personal life, she loves spending time with her kids. They make her smile every single day. They love any activity, so they keep her active and vibrant. Lindsey also loves college football. Lindsey supports Habitat for Humanity, Autism Speaks and the Tim Tebow Foundation.
